After two years of living with BROKEN wisdom teeth in my mouth they have finally been removed.

When they first broke it was hell. Not exactly suicidal but sometimes when driving the call of the void would get louder.....

But back then I couldn't get treatment setup. I was a truck driver and always moving. Dentists hours were hard to hit and they always told me it would take multiple visits - but by then I'd be across the country.

Then they... stopped hurting. Even when I got a local job it was low priority. I knew it was a problem but eh.... Bills to pay. I took a qtip twice daily and scooped out anything caught in there.

Until recently when they started hurting again. Got setup with a local dentist. Got them out and a few fillings too. Price wasn't as bad as I thought and I don't know why I let it go on so long.

I was baffled that some people just don't have them in the first place.

And some people get extra! A friend of mine had 5 wisdom teeth removed.

I feel you. Different reasons, but I had to live with bad wisdom teeth for a few years too. I know exactly what you mean about the call of the void being louder as well.

Glad they got handled for you!

I just had a tooth pulled myself and it was $250. Sounds like you just didn't want to handle it? Bc a doctor absolutely will emergently yank a tooth if you need it (like I did like a week ago).
