If you're not using the ready-bake ones, you can just cut the par-cooked noodles to fit.
if you're making your own pasta, you can just roll it into a piecrust round sheet.

If you trimmed them to fit, most likely you'd have spaces around the circumference of the circular dish unfilled by pasta so you'd put the trimmings in there.
Deconstruct it and eat it layer by layer.

Hmm I'm on the fence here. Ramen is soup and soup is round. But ramen is also rectangle.
