I watched local news for years after I gave up on cable news because of the enfoxification of it all, but then they all became 24/7 political ads and I just couldn't fucking take it anymore. I don't watch any news at all now. I watch the weather segment they post on their website. Other than that, I read Lemmy/Mastodon. I'm constantly downloading media to my Plex server and when I want to watch something that keeps me busy. Never commercials again. I don't know how anybody does it without losing their shit.
