What is this about? I can't find anything about it on YouTube, if it's an Earthbound fangame.

If you're not aware, the Eathbound series from the SNES is sometimes called Mother. If you're unfamiliar with the name Earthbound, you may recognize it's main character Ness from Super Smash.
