Pecan butter and jelly on homemade bread

It's not the prettiest sandwich, but I made the bread and the pecan butter myself. Now I just need to try making jelly.
I'm not a huge fan of peanut butter, but I can't get enough of this pecan butter. Just drizzle some pecans with honey and toast them for a bit in the oven, then put them in a food processor and add salt and honey to taste.
I’ve been buying tons of yeast for my new interest in brewing. Some of it is bread yeast. I have an excess, so I really ought to try for a basic bread. What kind of bread did you make?
I wanted one that worked well in a food processor, since it was a new time-saving gadget that I picked up. Here's the recipe that I used, it's super easy even for me.
Thanks! It seems deceptively easy. I’ll give it a go this weekend with my leftover active dry yeast packets.
Please let me know how it goes if you do! I've made it a couple times now, and it'd be interesting to compare notes. I used all-purpose flour for mine, but I picked up some bread flour that I'll try next time.
I'm not my of a baker, but this is easy enough that it's worth doing to have fresh bread around.
Want.
Jelly is surprisingly easy to make, just get lots of sugar, pectin, and some fruit of your choice.
I love simple things like this made from scratch, really nice work!
