Favorite childhood video game's final boss theme

Hard to beat "One-Winged Angel," IMO. The actual boss fight is somewhat forgettable (minus Super Nova), but Sephiroth's intro, build-up, and final showdown with such an epic track is just so awesome.
I never really got into the Final Fantasy games. Grandia II was what I played in the wake of my mother's death and with themes like God is dead, the church is corrupt, and there is no good and evil, just the potential of humanity, it really shaped my thinking.
