I enjoy this guy's videos, but I would enjoy them a lot more if he did two or three variants of a dish.

If you don't know what some ingredients were or what cooking methods were used, you can't really give even a decent idea of what the dish was without trying it a few different ways.

Best would probably be to have two or three people trying to reproduce the recipe without overly consulting one another.
