Zulip password reset not working

Can you please reset my PieFed Zulip password? No rush because I don't have things to say currently, but I'd like to sign in to follow the chat again on my new laptop.
Log in with the email address that your piefed.social account has and your piefed.social password. Their login systems are synced.
"Incorrect email or password". I tried setting a new password on piefed.social as suggested, same result. Neither email nor username works as login; IIRC both used to sign me in a few weeks ago.
