I've been growing for 15 years and have grown many purple strains, but this is the first time I see pistils this color this early in development. She's gorgeous. (Strain: Nori Cake by Greenhouse seeds)
Too cool! How far into flowering? I wonder how the colors will develop.
She´s on day 29. Half way there.
i realize this isn't the proper form of cannabis consumption but....
i wanna put it in my mouf
Weed is considered a superfood, believe it or not. The seeds have a bunch of omega 3 and omega 6, plus antioxidants. I believe that the leaves are full of vitamins and good stuff too.
Bottom line, as long as you don't use chemicals that aren't safe for consumption — eating raw weed should be very good for you.
Ngl, if my state ever loosens up, I'm going to grow at least some of the decorative hemp options. Cannabis can be so damn pretty. I don't/can't use it medically or recreationally, but I would love to have a plant or three around the house, maybe a small patch outside.
Problem is that this state is very brief. Once you go 12/12 this state last for around 2 weeks, w3 to w5 approximately. To keep them alive for a longer time, you'd need to keep them in a vegetative state by giving them light for 18+ hours a day so that they don't go into bloom. And in a vegetative state, you don't get any of the pretty colors.
I don't mind brief glory :)
I'm used to our lilies and crocus being only briefly in flower. And I don't mind growing from seed, so the life span is just a matter of keeping some started ahead of when one is going to die, afaik.
