NHK World has the best English-language commentary, but they make it a little hard to find things. If you look here: https://www3.nhk.or.jp/nhkworld/en/shows/sumo/ you should see the latest videos, which indeed currently includes Day 3.
I think today is day 2? But NHK's clips come out a day or two later.
