$30 a ticket to tour five historic homes that showcase different architectural styles over the years. I did it a couple years ago and they included Victorian, Craftsman, Tudor, Spanish Revival, and Mid-Century Modern houses, all absolutely gorgeous. They pick a new selection of houses every year, it's a must for anyone into architecture (or landscaping & interior design)!
