How many incidents of cars being used as weapons is it going to take before we admit they're dangerous and keep them away from where people are found?

It's just bad people - oftentimes hired by certain regimes- deliberately hurting innocent pedestrians to create doubts and fear in" decadent & weak Western democracies", or so they call it.
For once they correctly attribute it to the driver
