they give their workers 10% off the top over there... some workers set to receive million dollar bonuses. but nobody seems to want unions over here

It said in a statement that the reason an agreement couldn't be reached was because "accepting ⁠the labor union's excessive demands would undermine the fundamental principles of company management."

Hm wonder what those "principles" are? 🤔

I thought the courts ordered them back to work.
