Following careful evaluation of the long-term direction for professional women’s soccer in Spokane, Spokane Zephyr FC will not participate in the 2026/27 Gainbridge Super League season.
USLSL maintains the minimum eight teams for a D1 Women's Soccer league in CONCACAF if they keep all the current teams solvent until their expansion next season.
