that is true. but its true in only some rural areas. we third worlders can we very creative in recycling things discarded in the first world. bottles can also be used to create cooling systems

Stick a wet Mentos in the bottleneck before screwing it in. Or hot glue it to a 1W resistor running at cca 5 W (to overheat quickly; 3.3 kΩ for 120 V or 10 kΩ for 230 V) connected to the lamp contacts...
