larping rule

"alwayslovehumanity" sounds like "wesupportrealwomen" bullshit

Airsoft, military training, range days etc are all just larping until it isn't. But posting guns to talk shit is rarely a good idea

You seen that video of the japanese guy who only ever used airsoft guns come to the US and go absolutely crazy with real guns?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qQDfwyUgtjg

Interesting to see that after a very short adaption time all that skill translates into real firearms proficiency. That really changed my view of Airsoft as simply a fun hobby.

I wonder if that also applies to VR as well (although no way to demonstrate since I've never fired a gun IRL).

Edit/update: found this video about an Australian who never shot a gun before outside of VR (using practice competition shooting sims) trying competition shooting for the first time and performing decently according to the instructor.

I do wonder (although I'd wager it'd probably be worse compared to airsoft simulation) if VR shooters would have a similar effect? I remember learning a lot about magazine handling with VR (and things like proper controls for various bolt releases/slide stops).

For sure.

I can't seem to find the image on my storage, but I remember saving something about a full group of people in fursuits out shooting everyone else at a range day.

Well that’s violent, they should have just focused on the targets and outshooting everyone else

lol

It makes the competition a lot easier

I’ve noticed a lot of furries—or at least the artists—are really into guns and/or military fetishism. There are a lot of pictures of furry characters with rifles in military equipment and body armor/tactical gear. Which is a kinda cringe to me tbh but I’m not gonna give anyone shit for liking what they like, it’s just an interesting crossover in fandoms I noticed

Context of backplate tab:

Well, if that isn't the softest most unused hand I've ever seen.

It looks like a succulent pigs trotter.

I think the owner must be some sort of delicate human veal.

I thought it was a picture of a horrendously broken thumbnail...

Love humanity, but ready to shoot humans.

Furries coming to your house to hurt you, but sexy.

They have hundreds of hours in Call of Duty!

It's a wildly popular gun. Like top five in sales for ten years. The slide and frame are interchangeable and Glock makes a lot of extra money selling them like that.

Also, this is exactly what ghost guns looks like because you can buy the slide and barrel w/o paperwork.

I don't even know what to make of this.

Edit: to be clear, this is a real gun.

i, too, always love humanity. just not being a part of it

Good luck no-scoping anyone without m+k that guy.
