Shot on Fujifilm

Are phone booths still a thing in Japan? It's been years since I've seen an operational phone booth here in Europe.

They are all over the place in Japan.

I've got spirits to turn in!

They still have payphones

It costs a dollar a minute

I guess it depends where you call.

I still have a 20+ years old phone card for these that's not empty yet. (Used it maybe ~15x in that time frame.) Last time I used it was 2025 - from Tokyo to Yokohama. Might have been 10¥/min? I don't remember exactly.

Who you gonna call?

I like the colors, are those from one of the film presets?

Yes if memory serves this is Classic Negative

Day off in Kyoto Got bored at the temple Looked around at the 7-Eleven

The band took the speed train Went to the arcade I wanted to go, but I didn't

You called me from a payphone They still got payphones It cost a dollar a minute

To tell me you're getting sober And you wrote me a letter But I don't have to read it

Seems kinda lonely.

That's the beauty of it.
