I wouldn't call bronze medal behind the two largest hockey nations in the world while missing Finlands best player rough? Also, they really challenged Canada in their match.
Oh yeah, olympic bronze is still incredible. I saw some of their earlier games though and they were rough
Hmm, do you mean the Slovakia game? Yeah that wasn't great. But the win against Sweden and Italy were solid.

Oh yeah, Finland has never lost to one of the not large hockey countries at the Olympics ever so. And the 11-0 win over Italy was convincing. (Not sure if Slovakia is counted to those or if that was the first)
Anywho, it's unclear for me still where the take about the rough Olympics came from. One bad game and otherwise quite successful.
