I should note that though they say works begin Monday, they have in face fenced the whole park off and removed its access to the public, but they don't even have a design yet. This is a purely symbolic political move to say "screw you" to the environmental protestors, anti-Olympics protestors, and those who just want the government to stick to their original plan of No New Stadiums.
