For me, I put myself forward more for once and found myself a place where people share a common interest.
long term wise, I have not let up on learning the guitar, continued to lose weight and maintained a proper intake of food. Cleaned the house on the regular.
it's been hard but eventually it becomes habit
Been regularly going to a UU church (I’m an atheist but it’s not a religious church it’s about being a good person through service and community) and been volunteering at the food bank more and more, actually spent most of today at the food bank doing just that. It’s been an uphill battle but I’m starting to socialize more and maybe even have some budding friendships starting.

My younger kid moved in with me last week and it's going very well so far.
that's amazing news, more in the pack is always great
Had an argument with bae but we’re getting ready for bed now so I’ll call that a win
dude who said he would fix our laptop 2 months ago finally did
I began treatment for BDII today. It's been a long time coming.
