I just needed 3 achievements "Keeping your hands clean", and the 2 speed running achievements.
Finally got them all in the same run with 5 hours to spare.

well done! And here I am not sure on what to do at gleba. Can I reasonably defend agricartural towers with tesla turrets and yellow/red ammo?
I remember my first playthrough, I just used Tesla turret along the whole perimeter.
In my Speedrun I weirdly never got attacked, but then again my base was pretty small, so I never build any defence

You can look at stompers resistances and see that it has resistance against
Resistances:
- Impact: 80%
- Laser: 80%
- Physical: 2/50%
Which means lasers, gun turrets and driving a train into them does way less damage.
But Tesla turret which is electric does full damage.
The rocket turrets is explosive damage, so that is also full damage. If you make a defence with a good mix of both, you should have a easy time on gleba against the stompers!

Personally, I think the secret to Gleba is to get really good with the circuit network so you can do production on demand. If you're constantly burning huge stacks of spoilage, you're probably over producing. You should also try to lean your production toward long-lived items like raw fruits or bioflux and away from short-lived items like jelly or mash.
My Gleba base doesn't even have defenses other than a Spidertron I send to sweep the perimeter every few hours.
Rockets are very effective against Gleba enemies, as are Tesla turrets.
Yeah, I am now working on setup that will not drain all the energy and will only produce when needed
