Not sure their exact setup, but moonlight+sunshine supports stylus inputs, with sub ms latency (in the right environment).

Looks like theyre saying its kde connect though, I didnt know it supported streaming.

a lie

im asking about the drawing device. i understand that it's a google pixel tablet or something, the OP says grapheneOS.

so it's like.. VNC'd to the desktop?

As in the toot, it's kdeconnect, not vlc. Kdeconnect is an android "app" (client) that connects to kdeconnectd (linux daemon) so you can do stuff like controlling your pc from your phone and vice versa.

Things you can do is forwarding notifications from phone to pc, clipboard sharing and using phone as an input etc.

It's not strictly tied to kde and you can run it on any de. There are even some other implementations of this protocol!

Hope that helped.

sounds like toy software

You can drive nails with some toy hammers!

For me it's a "it solves a problem we wouldn't have if things were designed better" software.

I've tried with kde connect and shit. It's not working. I haven't managed to have the screen cast and the input at the same time without too much lag to draw (like 1 second). But haven't pushed it too much.
