I'm conflicted on this.

It's good that more capacity is being built, and hopefully that capacity can be expanded to youth when the administration changes.

Of course, that will be too late for many youths that have already lost access to care, and will have suffered through adolescence and now require expensive surgeries. I wish he did more, but I understand it's a balancing act.
