When baby owls first leave the nest, they can't fly very well and usually tumble to the ground, needing to climb back up into a tree. After several failed attempts, this little one finally made it into the perfect tree, which even had a hammock of sticks for it to lie in. Here, it looked up towards mom, who was always nearby and watching closely.
