The only place I can exist when migraine hits is in a hot shower, in near total darkness.
Same, but I have to remind my cat that I'm still alive every now and again. He worries and chats with me for reassurance, ya know?
You know that there's medication?
It does help, but for a lot of people, it does not help enough.
