I once made great cookies, but didn’t write down or bookmark the recipe 🥹
Assuming the only ingredient you need to replace is eggs, aquafaba (the juice that garbanzo beans are packaged in) works a real treat. 2 Tbsp for egg white, 3 Tbsp for a whole egg. Add a little cream of tartar and whip to stiff peaks* before using. It has very little flavor and is basically a perfect egg sub in baking.
