Well ya see, the “Want some?” implies that the gentleman is Mexican and is asking to have sex with the girl. She says yes expecting to have sex with the gentleman, and is no doubt quite surprised to find that he’s a mad scientist who, in lieu of engaging with her sexually, straps her to a table and is preparing to introduce new DNA into her system, presumably to give her some physical traits associated with the Mexican nationality.
