It's funny that people say things like "ruin your appetite" or "won't be able to sleep"
Like, "zoinks, I'm not hungry anymore, everything is ruined" or "my job requires me to sleep at a specific time"
Oh what a world we exist in...
Not having a solid rhythm for eating and sleeping is an issue.
