Great, now I'm worried about my heart randomly stopping in my sleep for no reason
I feel we'd have to be lucky to die this way tbh. Compared to most other ways to die which are horribly painful and slow this is so much better.
It's unexpected too so it spares you from a lot of negative emotions associated with knowing that your end is near.

This always trips me up so hard. Like what are we doing having anxiety about our personal safety? We spend 8 hours every day completely shut down with nothing but windows and walls protecting us from all of that chaos of the world.
