Of course, without a navy to show off, it certainly is a bad time for a Navy parade
I get the joke but the baltic sea is not the black sea where Russian naval forces are cut off by virtue of the Bosporus Straight.
However, I also agree that now, after Ukraine has proven to be able to reliably strike St. Petersburg, it is not the time for a party with a ton of high value targets lined up for a turkey shoot.
