The article is a satire, but reading the actual complaint, it actually sound, if the reported decibel is accurate. But then again, car traffic sound is constant and train is intermittently, so to complain about a few second of a once in a while loud noise in the day is kinda silly.
Sometimes, constant sounds can be easier to tune out, so I kinda get it. Not saying it's justified, but I get it.
Yeah, totally can see where they coming from.
