Nah, they're one of those people who join a game discord, never play the game, and complain about every change while parroting complaints from other users and just making the discord a miserable place.
Is this image real? The taskbar doesn’t look like anything I recognize. There’s clearly a message in the typing box on discord, despite the person clearly not being in a typing posture. The band on their headphones doesn’t match the angle of the headphone itself correctly.
Is it just old and weird?
Yeah this definitely could be fake. Headphones could be on backwards which would explain the weird band angle. At first I thought maybe this is a girl at her boyfriend / brother / someone else's PC and they're doing the "pretend to be them" thing, didn't know which way the headphones go and just typed random stuff into discord. But the floating ball the looks like it could be a microphone, the taskbar, the napkin thing on her arm... All weird
Edit: I also thought that was an all-in-one PC /monitor given the weird shape of it but there seems to be another desktop right next to it.
