Nobody clicks your share buttons

The only share buttons I click are the generic buttons on YT and Steam in the apps because that's basically the only way to get the URL. I then just paste the URL where I need it.
Don't forget to delete the tracking info after the question mark.
For Steam you can click the URL at the top of the screen and it'll copy the link
There's no URL bar at the top of the mobile app.
And yet they provide tons of identifying information about the user to the social media sites that they link to just by loading the button on the page.
