Context - There is an exam called NEET held every year. It's an entrance for MBBS (for becoming doctor). It got leaked and postponed. 6 students committed suicide due to mental pressure. Indian govt., instead of finding and punishing the culprits, just banned Telegram for a week, because the question papers were being circulated on Telegram, mostly.
Also, Indian TV media was calling it a masterstroke.
