I’ve thought about this with all the reboots making rounds. A new Austin Powers is either absolutely going to understand its place and will nail it or it will be so out of touch it will hurt. A series like this has no in-between.

It won't work. They'll either re-hash the old jokes, or try to make fun of GenZ, who has no sense of humor about themselves. Probably some of both. But it was his biggest success, so I get why they'll try.
