Yes locked, but no longer marked misleading so there's that at least. (edit: It's inconsistently marked misleading, an obligigatory and particularly emphatic "fuck spez")
Side note: What he describes doing isn't a warcrime - a violation of the UCMJ most likely, but warcrime laws are far more ghoulish than people expect; any civilian deaths from the process he explains would be considered "incidental" under international law, not indiscriminate. Isn't war great?
