The makers of this map have clearly never been on the Elmwood strip in Buffalo, NY at 4 am.
As a new Buffalo resident, what does this mean
Just a stupid joke. The Elmwood strip and the Chippewa district were pretty hot party spots 20 years ago when I lived there. It was just an easy target for a joke. I actually loved living there, and I hear it's much nicer now.
