Their loss is my grain

No grain no pain.

Yes

Not that kind of bread though, that is just unsliced toast. I would much rather have a nice barley or rye bread than a whitebread without a crispy crumb.

Even toasts are much better when made from actual bread and not this thing.

It’s not toast unless it’s been toasted. That’s like…the definition of toast.

Can confirm. Am German

Can confirm, am swamp German.

If you want to see me commit war crimes, take my bread away.

I have the feeling that there exists a song about this...

Every bread you take,
Every move you make,
I'll be watching you 😠

I was more thinking about Berlin - "Take my bread away", but this works too :-)

I thought about that one too at first, but couldn't think of a good couple bread-related lyrics so I switched to The Police :))

The lengths I'll go for sourdough.

Not really...at least the majority of trash that's made these days like dempsters..

Went to go buy a loaf yesterday, they feel...not like bread anymore. Something is vastly different. Either expensive real breads now or nothing

It's sugar. Loads and loads of sugar.

I'm not sure where you live but do your grocery stores not have a bakery with fresh bread options?

I can't stand the dempsters/ packaged bread.

Make your own

Pain

Whats the bread rule

Whoever has the bread makes the rules.

Invention of agriculture, circa a long time ago

Sounds like this bread needs some conquest

Unsliced? Greatest thing since never.
