What industry? I have recruiters hitting me up constantly for shitty contract CS jobs
Recruiters: "pREtTy MuCh eVeRyOnE iS dOiNg cOnTrAcT aNyMoRe."
Me (who already has a full time job): "Well that's too damn bad!"
Yeah, but nobody's applying for those shitty jobs.
Meanwhile, it's easier to build your own startup and get acquired by them than to get hold of a Microsoft recruiter.
I'm hoping this is a stock image but you never know.
