If you can't modify the compose file, you can try editing the container with Portainer. There you can change the network of gluetun qbittorrent to "container" and select gluetun.
That's how I did it when I was running CasaOS.

I'm about to start my own instance. I got habitat running, bought a proper domain for my local community and am currently setting up the mail for sign up.

I was thinking that we could probably have a page with a map on it that will have all known Habitat instances that anyone could submit a pull request to to add their instance.

We need something like this before the full implementation of phase 2.
