The potency is crazy. I don’t get the edibles.

“Take 1/4 of this and it will wreck you”

Why would I eat 1/4 of a gummie bear and save it for later? Why can’t I just eat a bowl of gummies, through the night, like beer?

Which Sunglasses Color Is Best? (Most People Get This Wrong)

Video that should be a summary table.

I put in about 40hrs a year on scraping and painting and the total building envelope is only 160m2, and is much less detailed.

There’s nowhere close to the demand for artisanship anymore. Rich people display their wealth through expensive disposable items, not carefully made things.

Even if I had no concerns about the future of this planet and my children’s financial wellbeing and potential for success, I wouldn’t want more than two. Only children are not a good situation; three tends to lean more into the eldest/middle/youngest roles, and beyond that it becomes a matter of whether I can spread my attention across so many people. And I can’t do that.

But that’s assuming that the planet is perfect, which it is not. There is a biological drive to reproduce and I’m not a antinatalist, but I can understand people who make the decision not to have children or to have fewer than they’d like. Life is far too uncertain. We don’t need to grow. We don’t need to consume more. I’m not sure that the current population is sustainable.

What I cannot understand are people who have 6+ children. They often have elder children in the role of caregivers and parents and parents simply don’t have the opportunity to develop deep connections. With religious backgrounds, Mom is often not involved in the decision to make more kids. Not healthy. Then the kids get married off at 18 to repeat the cycle…

Mental health care is abysmal. People who are a danger to others cannot be introduced to society without monitoring, and some people shouldn’t be introduced to society.

Bad things happen at institutions, so I’m not sure how to solve the problem, but sending someone free after they violently attack someone is just not a safe way to go about it.

Pretty normal for a small company. The boss thinks they’re an IT god (I need global admin), they think they are outsourcing everything, and you just need to do a few little things here and there.

It can be a good way to learn, but you need an exit strategy. It’s a small company, so documenting everything won’t protect you (outside of a legal issue), because it’s not going to be read by someone other than the one firing you and you probably won’t accrue enough time to make a wrongful dismissal suit worthwhile if that were to occur. But the mindset can help with making the right choice instead of the easy one.

They might spring for some certifications, see what you can get.
