To play devils advocate, no one is forcing you to use AI for the things in life you want to do for fun. AI is a tool used to reduce the need for labor. You can still do your crosswords by hand, but let the machine do the ones you don't want to do.

Just do it on a per-State level. That way blue states can push their minimum wage up without having to worry about pandering to red states. There is a reason we are a federation if States.
