Ovo s federacijama je dobra stvar jer imaš potpunu kontrolu u svojim rukama. Sam si digneš svoj Lemmy na poslužitelju i sam si svoj šef.

Beehaw.org je po meni ionako bila čudna varijanta Lemmyja, totalno nebitna jer su se oni ograničili na par tema i nisi mogao otvarat nove zajednice. I ja na to s defederacijom Beehaw.org ne bi gledao negativno, štoviše, oni će biti na gubitku jer će dosta ekipe sad preć na lemmy.world i onu drugu instancu koja je doživjela istu sudbinu.

Ako je njihova želja da budu zatvoren community, neka im bude. Ionako nikad ništa korisno nisam pročitao na Beehaw.org; to je nešto tipa r/hrvatska naspram r/Croatia.

Bonus fact: svi veliki subredditi preselili su se na Lemmy.ml i Lemmy.world. Pa ne vidim apsolutno nikakav problem.

Ekipa treba promovirat Lemmy, a ne samo Discord. Onda više neće bit problema. Ljudi ne žele na Discord jer je to primarno chat platforma, nešto totalno drugačije od Reddita. Lemmy je doslovno isti Reddit. Čak se i ogroman broj subreddita prebacio ovdje.

Zanimljivo je kako svi uvijek čekaju zadnji dan za obnovu dokumenata.

Vi i vaši čepovi. Ja ne znam, pojedinci ko da su nesposobni. Meni su ti čepovi super, i ne, nikad ne prolijem niti jednu kap prilikom otvaranja.

I guess it has something to do with how active the community is. I had the same issue, and was trying to troubleshoot with Ruud why this happens. Today in the morning, my community started being more active and started to appear on other instances.

Make some posts in the community (and comments), invite users and after 24h, it should be visible to other instances as well. Could be a bug (because Lemmy is riddled with bugs).

That was the main reason why I switched to lemmy.world; never looked back. Plus, Ruud (the admin of this instance, runs also a Mastodon instance) and actually upgrades the server so it can handle all new traffic. Lemmy.ml is often down because it can't take the heavy load.
