Hey there! I responded already in the corresponding GitHub issue, but just to re-iterate:

• Sending private messages is currently not implemented in Thunder but will likely be available in the next update v0.9.0 (currently work-in-progress)
• Following users is not implemented in Lemmy so that likely won't come to Thunder anytime soon. However, it looks like Lemmy will have the ability to follow posts in their v1.0.0 release so that may come once that's released!

Hey there! Thanks for the report, are you using Gboard as your keyboard by any chance? If so, it might be somewhat related to a recent update with Gboard that's causing the underlying bug.

A workaround for this issue at the moment is to try tapping on the Shift key a couple of times which should get you out of the span mode temporarily. Or as others have suggested, using space to move the cursor around.

Unfortunately this issue is not directly caused by Thunder but rather the framework that Thunder is built on. See https://github.com/flutter/flutter/issues/184744for more information. Once the upstream bug is fixed, I can push out a new update to fix the issue!

Hey there! Just wanted to clarify the differences between the database and settings backup.

The database contains data related to your accounts, favourites, drafts, and user labels. The settings backup contains all of your current Thunder settings. As others have mentioned, settings are global, not on a per-account basis. Hope that clears things up!

You should be able to reply to your own post if you have the post FAB actions enabled (there should be an action to reply to the post at the bottom of the screen). That being said, I'll look into implementing an alternative method for those with the FAB actions disabled.
