I've only seen the US version. I should watch the UK one.

I specifically mention the US one because its only one season and has a story conclusion. I watched it specifically after searching for shows that had satisfying endings. I was tired of watching series that ended but the story didn't.

Granted the conclusion of Life On Mars US feels rushed, because it was, they didn't get a second season, but they made it work and concluded the story.

This is a joke I remember my dad telling me when I was a kid. Love it.

Is there a name for that type of joke? Why did the chicken cross the road? What did the farmer say when he couldn't find his tractor? Etc.

In the words of my 17 yo daughter "that was fucking amazing." I saw it with a few friends and family at a small theater in Minneapolis with some of the crew talking beforehand.
