Ob jemand in seinem Herkunftsland Schulden hat ist allgemein sehr schwer zu prüfen. Die Schulden hat man ja meistens bei einer Bank oder einer Person. Wenn es ein Privatkredit innerhalb der Familie ist, müsste das Amt da ja erstmal Kontakt mit der Familie aufnehmen und die müsste dann sagen, dass noch Schulden offen sind. Das erscheint mir persönlich unrealistisch.
