Does anyone else hate playing games with no sound?
2y 11mon ago in Steamdeck@kbin.socialI think this is the best solution for these situations. I have a pair of aeroshokz and they do seem to work pretty well.
I think a crucial component is where I say watching TV passively etc. I use headphones when I am focusing on playing games only.

Looking for narrative driven games
2y 11mon ago in gaming@kbin.socialA lot of great games already mentioned here. If you want to try something a little different. Yakuza 0 has a bonkers story that is weird and wonderful, but very Japanese.
Tacoma and Gone Home are great stories and well worth a look.
I also rate the Max Payne series for some pulpy fun story with lots of shooty in between.
