Yo that’s the thing though, I like to separate the art from the artist. There was a whole documentary about Michael Jackson (not that I am interested) who pretty much almost killed a baby.

Me and everyone I knew, circa like 5 years ago when people my age used to use it. I’m in my thirties. Never heard it called Snap before.
I don’t think the kids call it “Snap” either the same way nobody calls twitter “X”
Dang I thought this was linuxmemes for a sec. Yeah Snapchat is pretty bad, I see people comparing it to other social media and I think it’s not much worse but definitely more of a “I just jumped in and all I see is porn” where on meta it sorta creeps in over time.
Doorbell Camera / NVR (post Unifi)
6d 21h ago in selfhostedI’m not sure if it’s the electrician’s ineptitude (especially these cookie cutter homes, around me I have ryan and toll brothers, one time I was installing one and the wires FELL out of the door frame) or Mother Nature getting to the electronics outside or maybe a bit of both. Don’t do indoor cameras so can’t speak to that aspect.
While I’m not thrilled with some of my UniFi hardware, I would kill to get 4 years out of a doorbell. that’s pretty good.
