I think what OP is complaining about is the use of the term "Senate" without clarifying that it's in fact the United States Senate. Although it's pretty clear from context if you know anything about world affairs.

A Canadian public broadcaster should use the term to refer to the Senate of Canada, unless specified otherwise. I don't think we should have a Senate, but we do, and as long as we do that is The Senate.

Very nice initiative. However it seems that it is a library of links, not code.

Most/all source is hosted on GitHub. It would be cool if this library can host the actual repositories.

Similar sentiment but for a completely different reason: as a Canadian I love our short summer. Cloudy and dreary summer days don't give me FOMO when I choose or have to stay indoors instead of spending time outside.
