I bought a height adjustable frame, bought a beech wood board, milled the edges round, and oiled the whole thing (I don't like lacquer, I want to feel real wood). The biggest pain in the ass was grinding the transitions between the glued sticks flat enough, especially so that my mouse doesn't notice them, but also for it to feel good. Belt sander ftw.

I didn't use HDR for this. It's a feature called "color spot" in the Samsung native photo editor. You can basically select a specific color within the image that you want to keep and everything else is by default put into B&W.

Honestly I couln't think of a better title. I really wanted to focus on the red and yellow, but with grey sky the pic was just too monoton, so I left this coloring in.

Yeah that was exactly what I was going for. Kinda calming, yet not boring.

Unfortunately I don't come by this spot regularily as this isn't usually my travel direction. Also this is just a dirt road so in winter it definitely won't be plowed.

I'm currently building a shed. Miez has found a comfy shelter where she can watch me work
